Cagayan Valley also known as Region II is a region of the Philippines which lies northeast of Luzon between Cordilleras and the Sierra Madre mountain range. The longest river in Philippines The Cagayan River flows through it's centre on it's way to the Luzon Strait. The islands of Babuyan and Batanes are also belonging to the Cagayan Valley Region. Cagayan Valley is made up of five provinces, Batanes,   Cagayan,    Isabela,    Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino. It's capital is Tuguegarao City.
