Central Luzon (or Region III) is located North of Manila and is an administrative division of the Philippines, which serves the seven provinces of the central plain of the island of Luzon. The City of San Fernando, in Pampanga, is the regional center. The Region contains the largest plain in the country and it produces most of the country's rice supply, it's commonly known as the Rice Bowl of the Philippines. It's seven provinces are: Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales.
